Access Asia is a program dedicated to building strong and seamless economic ties between Austin and Asia. In June 2026, GAACC led a successful three-week delegation to Taiwan, Vietnam, and Singapore. Building on that momentum - and following our historic October 2025 delegation to Korea - we are excited to return to South Korea. The delegation will once again bring together senior government officials from the City of Austin, surrounding regional municipalities, and prominent business leaders to further deepen our strategic partnership.
🇰🇷 Access Korea | October 26 - 31, 2026 The 2026 delegation to South Korea reflects the rapidly expanding economic and strategic ties between Greater Austin and Korea's premier tech, industrial, and cultural hubs. This trade mission focuses on cross-border business opportunities across key growth sectors - including semiconductor manufacturing, AI and data infrastructure, aviation, advanced tech, and global food service. Highlights include high-level government meetings including Seoul Metro Government, Seongnam City, K-Water, and VIP tours of industry giants such as SK Hynix, LG CNS, CJ Foodville, Incheon International Airport, Korean Air and Woori Bank.
