Laplace Capital partners with distressed but salvageable Seed–Series A startups that have real demand but no longer fit the traditional venture path. We acquire or structure control-oriented partnerships and run a hands-on conversion plan focused on cash discipline, operational rebuild, and practical growth levers.


Our model is operator-led: we bring an execution bench across product/engineering, finance/ops, GTM, and automation to help teams stabilize quickly and convert from cash-flow negative to breakeven or cash-flow positive, typically within 12–18 months depending on the starting point.


We are sector-agnostic, but we focus on businesses with clear customer value, repeatable delivery, and a realistic path to durable profitability.
